I'm fortunate to run a business in an industry that I'm truly passionate about, Personal Development.
I'm an Aussie by choice and living my dream lifestyle here in Brisbane, Queensland. Born in a small town near Ulan-Ude, Buryatia with a big dream to travel the world.
My business allows me to live where I choose to live, enjoy my lifesyle, travel and explore the world in a way that I only could have dreamed about as a kid.
My travels have taken me from Australia to South America, right throughout Europe & the States, with next journeys set for Japan, Africa and Tibet. These journeys have been epic adventures, continually moving me closer to my dream of living as a true citizen of the world.
I'm passionate about working with motivated men and women who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives.
THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: I started my professional development 20 something years ago.
Straight from the start exploring ways to get better pay and advancing my technical skills. Moving from one company to another, different industries, cities and countries looking for this ideal place where I can enjoy my work as much as I can enjoy travel and time with my friends and family (in this order). Believing in that a higher pay and a higher senior management role will somehow enable me to enjoy my life better. Did not see how much I was leaving behind with my every move.
Seriously, where have all those years gone?
It all came about after losing my job quite suddenly. I'd been working in Project Management earning a strong 6 figure income when the company I worked for cut their budgets and went for sales.
This time was different for me. After all these years of COVID working from home I got used to spend more time with my family and on my hobbies. I learnt to manage my time more efficiently so I can dedicate time to work, to concentrate, to relax, to have conversations and to enjoy my off time immediately after I turned off my computer.
My priority changed for better: family, friends, lifestyle, travel & adventures, work (in this order).
THE CHANGE THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: After discovering that my life priorities were not in the great order (my original way - work, friends, family). In a hard way. I searched to understand my shortcomings.
It started with an ad that offered to learn how to become a better man and to take back control of my thoughts, actions and to learn fundamentals of success.
It was and still is a far more valuable investment than I made so far including my house, car, luxury items etc. I learnt the best skill to advance myself toward success. It is called personal development.
Every spare moment I have now I allocate to read, listen, understand and implement new wisdom others shared with me from their transformative journeys. AND I enjoy it. A lot!
It was a perfect timing. With some of this wisdom and me losing my job I saw a clear path to continue the change into my professional life.
